Edwin-T Golf EMBARK™ GOLF BAGS
1- Year Limited Warranty
What is Covered This warranty covers any defects in materials and features of the EMBARK Golf Bags. This includes the stands, the body, the straps and the pockets.
How Long Coverage Lasts This warranty runs for one year from the date the bag is purchased. A copy of the receipt must be provided with each repair or replacement request.
What is not covered This warranty does not cover fading, discoloration or stains caused by exposure to sunlight or chemicals such as ammonia, laundry detergent, or household bleach or any other reactive chemicals or foods. Items damaged by unnatural causes such as rough handling by the owner will not be covered by this warranty.
What Edwin-T Golf Inc. Will Do Edwin-T Golf will repair or replace any bag that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship within 30 days of the return. We will provide the customer with a temporary use/ courtesy bag that will be supplied to every dealer with their first order. A fully refundable deposit of $30 cash, or a valid credit card will be required in order for the customer to get the courtesy bag.

How State Law Applies This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state
Returns
Returns must be inspected and approved by dealer for defects in workmanship. A copy of the original receipt must be attached with the return. Customized products can only be returned for defects in workmanship or as explained in the 1 year limited warranty below.
